By making a purchase or subscribing to services through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. To cancel, log in to your account, go to "My Subscriptions" in your account settings, and follow the cancellation instructions. Alternatively, you may contact our customer support team at [email protected].
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused periods of your subscription.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new premium subscribers. If you are not satisfied with your subscription within the first 14 days after purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting our customer support team.
After the 14-day period, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may grant exceptions for extenuating circumstances.
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of e-books, reports, and other downloadable content are final and non-refundable once the download has begun or the content has been accessed.
If you have not downloaded or accessed the content and wish to request a refund within 7 days of purchase, please contact our customer support team.
If you encounter technical issues with your digital product (such as corrupt files or inability to access content), please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund.
If you accidentally purchased the wrong digital product, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase, and we may, at our discretion, issue a refund or allow you to exchange for the correct product.
For online courses, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the course content within this period, you may request a refund by contacting our support team.
To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 25% of the course content.
For live webinars, you may request a refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the event.
If you are unable to attend a live webinar, you will typically have access to a recording of the session. No refunds will be issued for missed webinars if a recording is provided.
Purchases of recorded webinars follow the same refund policy as digital products (Section 3).
For physical merchandise (such as books, apparel, or astronomy equipment), you may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For in-person events and workshops:
If we cancel an event for any reason, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee. However, we are not responsible for any travel expenses, hotel reservations, or other costs you may have incurred.
If you cannot attend an event, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost, or you may apply your registration fee toward a future event within 12 months of the original event date.
Donations to CosmicWonders or our affiliated educational programs are generally non-refundable. However, if you have made a donation in error (such as an incorrect amount), please contact us within 7 days, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. If you experience an issue that isn't covered by this policy, please contact us, and we will address your concern on a case-by-case basis.
In cases of technical errors, billing errors, or duplicate charges, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly resolve the issue.
